I saw Santiago again today. I saw him crossing the street while I was waiting for the bus after math. When I realized it was him, I wasn't angry at all. I half expected him to sit down next to me. I actually felt like I did when we were dating, ya know? He's a total prep now, clean cut, button down shirt and all. I thought he looked cute. You're probably thinking I've gone nuts. I don't know hehe When we got off the bus, he walked with me and looked at me in that sweet way like he used to. His bus was waiting, so he said, "Nice to see you again" and left. He watched me cross the street from the bus. When I looked back, he smiled and waved.
I talked to Michael bout it when I got home. I wanted to E-mail Santiago, but he advised me not to.
I'm surprised now, writing this, thinking about what happened, that I feel the way I do.
